What It Is
DHEA by Biomatrix contains "bioidentical" DHEA extracted from wild yam (Dioscorea villosa). Its molecular structure is identical to that of the DHEA produced by the body itself. 1.2 mg or 1 drop of the BioMatrix DHEA is equivalent to 3 mg of micronized DHEA (oral use)
What It Does
DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) is the precursor of androgens and estrogen hormones in the body. The DHEA drops by BioMatrix are of the highest pharmaceutical quality and are to be used under the tongue (sublingually). The amount of alcohol needed in order to optimize absorption is lowest for under-the-tongue uses and evaporates very quickly. The alcohol is not absorbed into the body. Sublingual absorption is many times more effective than oral ingestion which DHEA can oxidize and further metabolize. Possible absorption problems are hereby also bypassed.
Suggested Usage
Take two drops twice a day under the tongue or as recommended by a medical or healthcare professional.
