What It Is

Cell Guardian™ delivers a blend of scientifically advanced compounds to promote the removal of toxins by supporting the healthy activity of detoxification enzymes within the liver and throughout the body. It encourages cellular and hepatic detoxification and enhances the body’s ability to metabolize estrogens and create a healthy internal hormonal milieu. By improving detoxification significantly raising glutathione and creating water-soluble by-products from lipid-soluble substances xenoestrogens (exogenous endocrine disruptors) are more readily eliminated from the body.*

What It Does

Key Ingredients in Cell Guardian

Broccoli Seed Extract and Cabbage Sprouts Naturally-occurring compounds found in cruciferous vegetables, especially in broccoli and cabbage sprouts, help support healthy liver function. Isothiocyanates and Sulfurophane, two compounds that are concentrated in these nutritious seed and sprout extracts, are known to be highly effective mediators of Phase I and Phase II detoxification enzymes. Through this process, they offer cellular protection from the effects of environmental challenges including xenoestrogens (synthetic estrogens found in the environment).*

Diindolylmethane (DIM) DIM, naturally found in high concentrations in cruciferous vegetables, promotes the Phase I detoxification enzyme system and plays a supportive role in healthy liver system function. It helps protect the body from the effects of xenoestrogens and helps maintain the body’s hormone balance.*

Wasabi has been used by Japanese herbalists since the tenth century. Rich in isothiocyanate compounds that promote healthy cellular activity, Wasabi also promotes a healthy level of glutathione in the body, which supports balanced antioxidant activity.*

Calcium D-Glucarate, a patented calcium-salt form of D-glucaric acid, supports the liver’s healthy metabolism of systemic hormones and other chemicals. This metabolic process in Phase II detoxification is known as glucuronidation, whereby a glucuronic acid molecule is attached to substances for detoxification and elimination from the body.*

N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC), a sulfur-containing amino acid, acts as a sulfur donor in Phase II detoxification and helps encourage healthy levels of glutathione. Glutathione is a powerful compound found to be particularly effective at removing heavy metals from the body. NAC also supports cellular detoxification systems and healthy cellular function.*

Pomegranate is revered in numerous herbal traditions and world-wide is a symbol of fertility, health and longevity. This nutrient-dense fruit contains the polyphenol ellagic acid, which exhibits antioxidant activity and acts as a free radical scavenger that protects cells (including brain cells) from the effects of chemicals.*
