Use 10 ml of syrup 3 times a day (daily dose 30 ml).

Children 5-12 years (weighing about 19-43 kg)
Use 7.5 ml of syrup 3 times a day (daily dose 22.5 ml).

Children 1-4 years (weighing about 8-15 kg)
Use 5 ml of syrup 3 times a day (daily dose 15 ml).
