Hi Marie-France,
I responded to this question yesterday and it did not post. My apologies. I suggest K2 be used as MK-7 in 100-500mcg daily. I do speak to the power of K2 with the bones in the Osteoporosis blog, but in addition, K2 supports our immune system and much more.

Dr. Cometa, I make my own Edlerberry syrup using organic cinnamon, rose hips, & ginger. Will that do for the elderberry part of your plan?
